What is One-on-One Consultation?
In One-on-One Consultation, we provide an evidence-based and tailored solution to help you understand and navigate challenges, learn new skills and coping strategies, and enhance self-knowledge and resilience. We take into account your unique background and needs to create a plan for you to reach achievable goals. These sessions are designed to help you instigate positive change in your life and reach your potential. We combine a range of approaches to help you understand areas of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, so that you can gradually work through personal and professional issues.
How can I book a one-on-one consultation session?
We prefer you sign up above. Once we have all the required information, we will get in touch with you.
What can I expect from the first session?
The first consultation session will involve gaining a deeper understanding of your needs and how best we can work together to achieve them. Based on this discussion, we will develop a tailored action plan that will act as a roadmap for your success.
How long does each consultation session run for?
Each one-on-one consultation session runs for 60 minutes (except for Project Life sessions, which run for 75 minutes).
I’m not sure which option to go for?
Perhaps the easiest approach would be to book a one-off ‘Get Started’ session. This one session will help you understand your needs and goals better.
However, we have found that people who book ‘Well-being’ package fare better, as it provides the time and space for them to steadily work on performance enhancement and psychological welfare.
Finally, if you are serious about improving your headspace and performance, we recommend that you sign-up for ‘Project Life’.
Both ‘Well-being’ and ‘Project Life’ offer a dedicated approach to meet your goals and improve psychological health and functioning. And to top it all, they are quite affordable as well!
When is payment due?
Payments are due before each session. Payment must be made prior to confirming your appointment. We only deem an appointment to be confirmed once a payment is made.
How many sessions would I need?
This would really depend on your individual case. We will discuss your needs and goals in the very first session and provide you with a plan to help you achieve your goals.
I’m based in a remote location and/or overseas. Can we do a virtual consultation?
In fact, we are currently offering virtual/online consultations for all new clients. Please ensure that you have a mobile device or laptop with stable internet connection.

What is your Cancellation Policy for one-on-one consultation?
We understand that sometimes, despite our best intentions, unexpected delays may occur.
Cancellation or Reschedule: If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee and appointment slot. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full amount of the reserved service(s).
Please note that if you reschedule your appointment at short notice (less than 72 hours), we may not be able to guarantee a spot within the next 1-2 weeks (from the time of your original scheduled appointment) and hence you may lose that appointment session/slot as well.
No-show or late-arrivals: Our goal is to provide quality service to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but the other clients as well. It also affects the service provider’s ability to provide you with the best service given shorter sessions/time-frames. We consider it to be a no-show or late arrival if a client arrival occurs after 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time has elapsed.
